Tool #1
Bulk Mailer
Atomic Bulk Mail Sender (AMS)
is a program with built-in tracking facilities to design, send and monitor
bulk personalized messages.
Atomic Mail Sender accepts mailing
lists generated in Excel, Access, DBF, and Word, made in ASCII text files (.txt,
.lst) as well. Our group mailer can edit recipients lists importing emails from
your Outlook address book or use mailing lists generated by any other email
software(hundreds of formats are accepted). The number of email addresses is
unlimited. If you wish you can reach a million people by sending them
individual emails at once and without that embarrassing exposure of email
addresses to other recipients of your message. Atomic Mail Sender is a stand-alone
bulk mailer program. All you need to start use it is a connection to the
Internet. The program has its own internal SMTP server and delivers mail
messages directly to email recipients without your ISP mailbox. Our Bulk Mail Sender provides basic
mailing list management routines necessary within permission based email
marketing practices. All you need to begin emailing is to
start the program, edit or load your recipients mailing list and press "Send"!
Tool #2
Atomic Email Verifier
Atomic Mail Verifier (AMV) is
a unique program that checks email addresses for the validity.
After loading your mailing list or pasting some email addresses for validation, AMV begins to verify each e-mail address. All addresses are checked in multithreaded mode that speeds up the entire process. Three steps of verification include:
1.
E-mail
addresses syntax check. On this step Atomic Email Verifier marks invalid
addresses such as bill#yahoo.com, kate!@$aol,com etc.
2.
Availability of the domain of e-mail addresses. On the second step program
checks the availability of the domain, i. e. it marks valid such addresses as
bill@yahoo.com, kate@hotmail.com and marks invalid any nonexistent
domain.
3.
Existence
of e-mail addresses on their mail servers. On the final step, program tries to
establish SMTP connection with mail server and test the address there. To verify each email address in the
list you may complete all the steps or only some of them. For example, if you
have a huge list with hundreds of thousands of addresses then you should process
only the first two steps, because checking of each address on its mail server
takes much time. This type of mailing list verification usually removes one
third of all "bad" addresses. If your mailing lists have no more
than several thousand addresses then you may complete all the steps of
verification. Three steps guarantee removing most non-existing addresses. Not a
5-dollar-software, because it works! |
